  • Registration fee for Regular participants and Students include:
    Session participation, Conference kit, Welcome party, Coffee breaks, Banquet.
  • Plant Tour fee includes*:
    Transportation from Fukuyama Station to JFE Steel West Japan Works and from JFE Steel to Matsue Station (approx. 3hours).
  • Excursion fee includes*:
    entrance fees to Izumo Taisha Grand Shrine and the museum, lunch, and transportation to Izumo airport and Matsue station.
  • There is a limit to the number of participants for Plant tour and Excursion.

    Plant Tour : 45 people

    Excursion : 37 people

Payment Methods

  • After registering through the website, all payments must be made in Japanese yen by credit card only.
  • Payments are accepted only through VISA, Master Card, JCB, American Express, and Diners.
  • Payment will be made in a single lump-sum.

Confirmation and Receipt

  • A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after the payment has been confirmed.
  • Receipt will be sent by e-mail at a later date after payment is confirmed.

At this moment, all foreign nationals who wish to enter Japan must obtain a visa. So please answer “Necessary” to Visa Acquisition in the registration form and request the secretariat to provide the documents to apply.

Also, check the website of the embassy of your country in advance, as required documents differ from country to country.

  • We will provide you with the required documents for VISA application for those who selected “Necessary” in the online registration. However, please note that this does not guarantee that VISA will be issued necessarily.

  • Once a visa is issued, you need to prepare for some documents that will be required on or before arrival in Japan. It depends on the situation of COVID-19 pandemic, so please refer to the website for more details: COVID-19: Current Japanese Border Measures


  • All participants are subject to register online in advance.
  • All presenters are required to register in order to make a presentation and for the paper to be included in the Extended Abstracts Booklet.
  • Students are requested to submit their Student ID card in advance or show it at the onsite registration desk.
  • Depending on the spread of COVID-19, the organizer may request you to submit COVID-19 vaccination record/certificate or negative test result/certificate within 72 hours before your participation in the symposium. Please understand this in advance.
